Certification Support Officers (CSOs) can use this form to ask for approval to register on the CSO Official Controls Qualification on the basis of experience.

Details

You鈥檒l be asked to provide details about each relevant role you鈥檝e worked, with descriptions of:

  • the type of work
  • the environments you worked in
  • the length of time you were in each role

To be considered, you should have at least 3 years鈥� experience of working in a regulatory, industrial food processing environment or working as a veterinary paraprofessional.

You鈥檒l also be asked to provide details about any academic or other qualifications you hold which may be relevant to your eligibility for the CSO role.

Send the completed form to [email protected]. APHA鈥檚 Official Veterinarian (OV) team will send you a letter to tell you if your application is successful.
