Grant funding agreements and contracts issued to providers, which are either extensions of the 2023 to 2024 agreements and contracts or recently procured contracts.

Details

The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) closed on 31 March 2025. All activity has moved to the Department for Education (DfE). You should continue to follow these agreements and contracts.

The contracts set out:

  • the obligations of the education and training provider in return for receiving public funding from the department
  • the circumstances in which the department will take intervention action in the event of educational, financial or other failure of the provider
