2. Purpose
This action note is to notify聽CFOs聽and Grant Recipients that the ECLAIMS Process for Self-Declared Adjustments Applicant Guidance has been updated7., the revised聽ECLAIMS Process for Self-Decladred Adjustemnts Applicant Guidance has been published on 188体育.
3. Background
The Guidance has been updated to give CFOs聽and Grant Recipients additional information with regard to Double Corrections, Extrapolated Errors and Negative Adjustments.
4. Action
This guidance should be used from the date of publication for all Self-Declared Adjustments not yet submitted to the聽ESF聽Managing Authority.
Where a Self-Declared Adjustment has already been submitted by a beneficiary under the previous guidance, unless requested otherwise by the聽ESF聽Contract Manager, there is no requirement for the beneficiary to re-submit in order to meet the revised guidance changes.
