This is a further government response to a consultation on compensation for indirect costs of the renewables obligation and the small scale feed-in tariffs.

A small number of issues raised as part of the consultation were still being considered at the time of the first government response, and highlighted for a response at a later date. This document sets out our response to these specific issues and highlights other changes in light of state aid approval from the European Commission.
