In this letter to Edward Davey, the Council for Science and Technology (CST) introduce a report on Britain鈥檚 electricity supply prepared for them by the Royal Academy of Engineering. The study looks at the country鈥檚 capacity margin, the level by which available electricity generation capacity exceeds the maximum expected level of demand.
