This measure establishes聽an聽Economic聽Crime聽(Anti-Money聽Laundering)聽Levy on entities that are regulated for AML 辫耻谤辫辞蝉别蝉.听

The levy will first be charged on entities that are regulated聽during the period聽from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 (the first levy year).

The amount payable will be determined by reference to their size based on their UK revenue from periods of account ending in that year.
