Details

The direct award franchise agreement between the Secretary of State for Transport and East Midlands Trains Limited dated 15 September 2015.

This single tender direct award to East Midlands Trains Limited was announced by the Transport Minister on 16 September 2015.

This agreement replaces the previous East Midlands Trains 2007 franchise agreement that expired on 18 October 2015.
