This report presents findings from a survey and in-depth interviews with current and former recipients of Discretionary Housing Payments (DHPs).

The research was commissioned to understand, from the recipients鈥� perspective, the impacts that DHPs have in preventing households from experiencing financial difficulties, which can impact on their housing circumstances.
