These monthly logs show聽FOI聽requests that聽DVSA responded to each month.

The logs show聽FOI聽requests that were either:

• fully successful - where聽DVSA聽supplied all the information that was asked for
• partially successful - where聽DVSA聽could only supply part of the information that was asked for

The logs do not show聽FOI聽requests where:

• DVSA聽did not hold any of the information that was asked for
• it would have cost too much or taken too much staff time to deal with the request
• the request was vexatious
• the request repeated a previous request from the same person
• the information that was asked for was exempt from the Freedom of Information Act

DVSA聽holds copies of responses for 2 years from the date they are sent.
