This SI will make amendments to UK secondary legislation related to the UK鈥檚 ring-fencing regime to ensure that it continues to operate effectively in a UK context once the UK leaves the EU, in any scenario. The draft SI will be published in due course. HM Treasury intends to lay this SI before Parliament before exit.
