Details
This SI will make amendments to retained EU law related to market abuse to ensure that it continues to operate effectively in a UK context once the UK leaves the EU, in any scenario. The draft instrument is itself provided, alongside an explanatory note. HM Treasury intends to lay this SI before Parliament before exit.
