鈥嬧�婽his is the second edition of the Appraisal Guide. It is intended to be read in conjunction with the HM Treasury Green Book and aims to:

  • 鈥媓elp ensure consistency in DLUHC appraisals; and
  • 鈥媢pdate and develop the methods and assumptions employed in DLUHC appraisals
