This paper considers how companies and shareholders have responded to new requirements on the reporting and governance of directors鈥� pay introduced in the .

It examines the level of compliance with the regulations amongst a selection of UK incorporated companies listed on the London Stock Exchange.

It also examines voting results of the policy and report votes from the 2014 season, in the context of the 4 previous years鈥� votes, with a particular focus on turnout and dissent levels. It presents some analysis of recent developments in the structure and levels of directors鈥� remuneration more generally.
