Details

Digital Outcomes and Specialists 2 is a framework agreement between the government and suppliers who provide:

  • digital outcomes, for example a booking system or an accessibility audit
  • digital specialists, for example a developer or user researcher
  • user research labs, for example a room to conduct research sessions
  • user research participants, for example people from a specific user group to test a service

The contract variation contains minor changes to Digital Outcomes and Specialists 2 because of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Read the contract variation and the framework agreement together.
