The 鈥楧eclaration of Maritime Labour Compliance鈥� (DMLC-Part I) form is to be filled in by the attending surveyor.
DMLC-Part I:
- identifies the topics for inspection
- lists the relevant pieces of legislation putting the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 (MLC) in place
- lists any 鈥楽ubstantial Equivalents鈥� and exemptions that have been granted
