  1. This document replaces any previous versions and must be used for recording from 1st April 2025 by YJSs of all data to be sent to the YJB. It therefore applies to data returns from the July 2025 submission onwards; the changes from the 2024/25 Data Recording Requirements are detailed in the document itself.
