Details

This independent review of cultural education in England was commissioned at the request of the Secretary of State for Education and the Minister for Culture, Communications and Creative Industries.

Darren Henley, Managing Director of Global Radio鈥檚 national classical music station, Classic FM, was asked to consider how the government can ensure the ambition that every child should experience a wide variety of high quality cultural experiences, ensuring both quality and best use of public investment.

The government鈥檚 response to the recommendations are also available to download from this page. It outlines those issues addressed in the main review that will be addressed immediately and plans and responses for the remainder.
