Details

The Cabinet Office has commissioned a cross-government review of the management of major contracts held by G4S and Serco. This document sets out the terms of reference for the review. The review has 3 purposes:

  • to investigate the management of certain contracts held by Serco and G4S
  • to gather information to form a wider perspective of the contract management of major contracts across government
  • to inform a programme of improvements to the management of these contracts
