Details

The original TPP was signed by Ministers from the TPP Countries on 4 February 2016 in Auckland, New Zealand. Certain provisions of the TPP have been suspended by the CPTPP.

The link to the TPP text will redirect to the New Zealand government website. As CPTPP depositary, New Zealand maintains all the authentic text of legal documents relating to the CPTPP.
