Details

Side instruments are recorded in the form of a formal letter exchange between the UK and the relevant Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) party. Some of these are specific to the UK鈥檚 accession. Others extend pre-existing arrangements, which were originally agreed amongst parties at the time that the original TPP and CPTPP were signed, to the UK. These copies are unsigned and have been signed alongside the accession protocol.
