Use form CIS325 to authorise HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to disclose to the company secretary details of any other directors鈥� (or beneficial shareholders鈥�) compliance failures following the:

  • company鈥檚 application for gross payment status
  • scheduled review of gross payment status
