This report by PwC presents the conclusions of a workshop on the drivers of equity market structure. It analyses and documents the drivers of change that have effected the equity markets鈥� structure and maps out what the market looks like - from a historical perspective, in its current form and how it might appear in the future.

This review was commissioned as part of the Foresight project on the future of computer trading.
