Details
In July 2015, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), on behalf of the UK, assumed the presidency of the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN). ICPEN is a network of consumer protection law enforcement authorities from across the globe.
This report describes the work carried out by ICPEN from 2015 to 2016, setting out some of its recent achievements, as well as the network鈥檚 future presidency plans.
The CMA has also produced a capturing ICPEN鈥檚 year-round activity.
