On 30 November 2017, the CMA published the final report of its market study into residential and nursing care homes for older people.

This response sets out the Department of Health and Social Care鈥檚 (DHSC) response to the CMA鈥檚 report. DHSC has accepted, or accepted in principle, all of the CMA鈥檚 recommendations.
