Annex U (amendment) Regulation 34
Allowances
The following determination 鈥淎nnex U (Amendment) 鈥� Allowances鈥� is made by the Secretary of State under regulation 34 of the Police Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/527), following consultation in accordance with regulation 46 of those Regulations. This determination was made on 5 June 2021 and amends the determination 鈥淎nnex U - Allowances鈥� (鈥淎nnex U鈥�). The amendments come into force on 1 September 2020.
1) Amendment of Part 2, Dog Handlers鈥� Allowance
For paragraph (c) of Part 2 of Annex U, 鈥淒OG HANDLER鈥橲 ALLOWANCE鈥�, substitute: 鈥渃) The annual rate of this allowance is, with effect from 1 September 2020, 拢2,400.鈥�.
2) Amendment of Part 3, London Allowance
In sub-paragraph (b)(i) of Part 3 of Annex U, 鈥淟ONDON ALLOWANCE鈥�, for 鈥溌�4,338鈥� substitute 鈥溌�5,338鈥�.
