The impact assessments include:
- a bill-level impact assessment, which is a summary of the individual measure impact assessments - this includes for the bill as amended in the House of Commons
- 6 impact assessments for 鈥榬egulatory provisions鈥� measures in line with the Regulatory Policy Committee鈥檚 Better Regulation Framework guidance - this includes for 4 鈥榬egulatory provisions鈥� in the bill as amended in the House of Commons (the remaining 2 were not amended)
- 2 impact assessments for 29 measures across children鈥檚 social care and schools that are not 鈥榬egulatory provisions鈥�, with analysis of their expected impacts - this includes for the bill as amended in the House of Commons
- a bill-level equalities impact assessment, which analyses the impact of measures on protected characteristics, required by the public sector equality duty - this includes for the bill as amended in the House of Commons
- a bill-level child rights impact assessment, which analyses the impact of measures against the UN Convention on Rights of a Child (UNCRC) - this includes for the bill as amended in the House of Commons
