Use form CH105 if you want an intermediary, such as Citizens Advice, to help you with your Child Benefit.
Be aware that after an intermediary has been authorised they can make changes to your claims on your behalf, including changing your:
- address
- bank details
Do not use form CH105 to authorise a paid agent such as an accountant or other professional adviser to help you with your Child Benefit. You should use聽听颈苍蝉迟别补诲.
