The commission鈥檚 governance framework sets out the roles, responsibilities and procedures for the effective and efficient conduct of its business. It covers:

  • the structure of the commission
  • its regulatory approach, mission and values
  • how transparency is maintained
  • how the board works and its relationship to the directors鈥� group

The framework is approved by the board and is reviewed regularly.
