In March 2018, Ofqual imposed additional conditions (special conditions) on the University of Cambridge following a change to the governance arrangements of Cambridge Assessment English and Cambridge Assessment International Education. The special conditions relate to the definition of 鈥楪overning Body鈥� in Condition J1.8 of Ofqual鈥檚 General Conditions of Recognition.
