This guide is for licensed operators in England. It tells you the best ways to:听
- cage-trap badgers to enable vaccination (under Licence CL48)听
- mark badgers after vaccinating them (under Licence CL49)听
- take and mark badgers to enable vaccination (under an individual licence听
You must:听
- hold valid licences issued by Defra and Natural England听听
- comply with all relevant licence conditions听听听
- carry out the licensed activities safely and humanely听
- get the landowner鈥檚 permission to access their land听
- comply with the conditions in the Veterinary Surgery (Vaccination of Badgers Against Tuberculosis) Order 2010
