Unlawful interference with right to vote and on a candidate鈥檚 election address. Observations made that 鈥渉owever unfair鈥� a member or candidate might feel it to be, the legislation does not prohibit a union鈥檚 executives seeking to persuade members to nominate and vote for one candidate rather than another. Section 51 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
