Details

These documents set out the banding of offences under the Advocates鈥� Graduated Fee Scheme (AGFS). The principal legislation which provides for AGFS is the Criminal Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/435); in particular, see Schedule 1 to those Regulations.

Version 1.1 applies to Representation Orders granted after 1 April 2018

Version 1.2 applies to Representation Orders granted after 31 December 2018
