Before you start work
Before you start any alteration work you need to contact us through the details below.
You should then complete and send us the permission application form, with:
- your medical evidence 鈥� for example, a letter from your GP
- evidence of how you鈥檒l pay for the alterations
If you do not鈥痵end鈥痑ll the information鈥痺e need, your鈥痑pplication鈥痬ay be delayed or your request refused.

After you鈥檝e applied for permission
After you鈥檝e sent us the forms, you鈥檒l need to pay an administration fee.
When the work is completed
When your alterations are completed you need to send us the 鈥榙eclaration of work completed鈥� form.
