Ash Farming LLP has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial number SW/045/0002/045 which authorises the abstraction of water from Inland water, an unnamed spring at National Grid Reference ST 15080 12488 at Bolham House Farm, Devon.

The proposed variation aims to add the purpose of domestic use and increase in the existing licensed abstraction quantities to:

  • 4 cubic meters per hour
  • 78 cubic meters per day
  • 28,434 cubic per year.
