Details

If you are an employee or employees鈥� representative you can make a complaint that the requirements for the appointment or election of negotiating representatives have not been complied with. These requirements are set out in Regulation 14(2) of the .

You need to make your complaint within 21 days of the appointment or election of a negotiating representative.

If you are an employer, the CAC will ask you to respond to a complaint.
