Form IAA: Apply to the court about an insolvency issue ('application notice')
Use this 'application notice' for all applications to the court about insolvency, except when applying for an administration order, winding-up petition or bankruptcy petition.

You can use Form IAA to apply to a court about an insolvency matter, such as:
- challenging a statutory demand
- cancelling a winding-up order
- stopping your creditors from applying to wind up your company
- applying to access your company鈥檚 bank account if someone files a petition to wind up your company
