You can apply to a traffic commissioner to carry on the trade or business of the holder of a goods vehicle operator鈥檚 licence under Regulation 31 in certain circumstances.

This includes where the licence holder has:

  • died
  • been made bankrupt
  • gone into liquidation or administration
