It costs 拢468 to apply. We鈥檒l reject your application if you do not include the correct fee.

You can only apply for administrative restoration if:

• you were an LLP member
• the LLP was struck off the register and dissolved by the Registrar of Companies within the last 6 years
• the LLP was trading at the time it was dissolved

How to apply

You鈥檒l need to include:

• your completed LL RT01 form
• all outstanding documents, including fees - for example, accounts or confirmation statements that should have been filed when the LLP was dissolved
• all outstanding late filing penalties for accounts -聽contact Companies House聽if you need to find out what penalties are due
• a bona vacantia waiver letter - contact the聽Bona Vacantia Division

The former LLP member is responsible for providing the bona vacantia waiver letter. This costs 拢64.
