Use this form to apply to restore a company to the Companies House register.

It costs 拢468 to apply. We鈥檒l reject your application if you do not include the correct fee.
You can only apply for administrative restoration if:
- you were a director or shareholder of the company
- the company was struck off the register and dissolved by the Registrar of Companies within the last 6 years
- the company was trading at the time it was dissolved
You鈥檒l need to get a court order to restore the company if the directors applied for voluntary strike off.
How to apply
You鈥檒l need to include:
- your completed RT01 form
- all outstanding company documents, including fees - for example, accounts or confirmation statements that should have been filed when the company was dissolved
- all outstanding late filing penalties for accounts - contact Companies House if you need to find out what penalties are due
- a bona vacantia waiver letter - contact the Bona Vacantia Division
The former director or shareholder is responsible for providing the bona vacantia waiver letter. This costs 拢64.
You must post all this information to Companies House main office. We鈥檒l reject your application if you do not include all information.
