Use this form if you are outside the UK.
You can use this form to come to the UK as:
- an adult dependent relative
- a child of a parent who has permission to stay in the UK as a partner or spouse of a British citizen given permission under the rules in place before 9 July 2012
- a child of a parent, parents or relative who are British citizens or settled in the UK
- a child of a person granted or currently applying for permission to be in the UK as a parent under Appendix FM
- a child of a non-parent relative who has protection status in the UK
- an adopted child or child coming to the UK for adoption of a parent or parents who are British citizens or settled in the UK
You must also complete 鈥楩orm VAF4A鈥�.
