Details
Anti-Dumping Duty (ADD) on imports of silicon will continue for a further 5 years, with a rate change from 6 July 2016.
ADD is an Import Duty charged in addition to normal Customs Duty. It鈥檚 applied across the whole of the EU.
It鈥檚 designed to allow the EU to take action against goods that are sold at less than their normal value - being defined as the price for 鈥榣ike goods鈥� sold in the exporter鈥檚 home market.
