Details
This tenth annual statement of emissions sets out the steps taken to calculate the 鈥渘et UK carbon account鈥� in respect of 2017 鈥� the fifth annual statement of the second budgetary period (2013 to 2017).
The net UK carbon account is what we compare against the carbon budgets to determine whether they are being met, and must not exceed the level of the carbon budget at the end of each budgetary period.
