We were asked, what is the value of rail travel paid for by the Welsh office in 2009/10, 2010/11, 2011/12? 聽How does this expenditure break down between First Class and Standard Class?
- The total amount spent on rail travel between April 2009 and March 2010 was 拢174,642.57, and of this 拢131,480.90 was spent on first class travel.
- Between April 2010 and March 2011 we spent 拢82,137.90 on rail travel, and of this 拢351.50 was first class travel.聽 All the first class travel was undertaken before 10 May 2010.
- Between April 2011 and March 2012 we spent 拢87,174.79 on rail travel, none of which was on first class travel.
