An addendum to the department鈥檚 October 2017 updated assessment of the relative costs and benefits of the 3 shortlisted schemes for expanding the UK鈥檚 aviation capacity.

The addendum addresses 2 issues with the analysis in the October 2017 updated assessment report and presents revised estimates of air quality and carbon emissions.

The October 2017 report is an update to the analysis in the 2016 Airport expansion further review and sensitivities report.

The updated assessment takes into account the new UK aviation demand forecasts and government air quality plan.
