The strategy 鈥楨xpertise with Impact鈥� shows how science is fundamental to everything AHVLA does. It is the basis for the evidence and expert advice that it provides to policy customers.
The document is based around 3 key strategic themes that reflect the main purpose of AHVLA鈥檚 scientific work:
- threat awareness
- threat definition
- threat mitigation
It also looks at the following:
- organisational structure
- ways of working
- staff development
- working with partners
- maintaining and developing facilities
- communicating our science
