Rosemont Pharmaceuticals Ltd complained about a leaflet for omeprazole suspensions issued by RENA Specials Limited in March 2015. The complainant alleged that the material promoted unlicensed medicines and referenced a tariff which was out of date.
The MHRA did not uphold the complaint because the material did not constitute an advertisement under the . The material had been shared with a list of specials manufacturers for business development purposes and the tariff was correct at the time of issue.
