Use this form to supply a statement of truth for an adverse possession application.
Registered land
You also need to send in either application form ADV1 or form AP1 (as appropriate - see Adverse possession of registered land (PG4) and Adverse possession of (1) unregistered and (2) registered land where a right to be registered was acquired before 13 October 2003 (PG5) for advice) and a fee of 拢130.
Unregistered land
You also need to send form FR1, a reduced scale 1 fee based on the price the land would fetch on the open market at the date of the application and an inspection fee of 拢40.
