We have a range of sanctions that we can apply against approved contractors who do not meet the conditions of the scheme. These conditions are listed in our .

Use 鈥楢CS: sanctions framework鈥� to understand the likely consequences of a breach of ACS conditions. These can include us withdrawing your approval.

We can also take further action in the case of criminality or breach of SIA licensing conditions.

Use 鈥楨nforcement: What to expect from the SIA鈥� to understand our enforcement approach. We take appropriate action against those who no longer meet our criteria, or who break the law.
