Dr Owen Bowden-Jones, chair of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD) and Professor Roger Knaggs, the Chair of the ACMD鈥檚 Technical Committee, write to ministers to provide the ACMD鈥檚 advice on the prescribing and administration of a limited number of controlled drugs (CDs) by paramedics.
