In September 2022, HMRC鈥檚 Accounting Officer undertook an assessment of the Debt Transformation Programme.
The Debt Transformation Programme has been set up to build a new and modern Debt Management System to provide a holistic view of customers indebtedness and enable a modernised approach to debt collection.
The Accounting Officer鈥檚 assessment concluded that the programme is value for money and deliverable.
